How We Spend the Light is an ongoing study of Denver during its warm months — when daily life shifts outdoors and the city becomes a stage for everyday ritual. In sunlight and shadow, in movement and pause, these photographs observe how people gather, inhabit shared space, and leave traces of themselves in passing.
